I build AI products for hard, regulated problems in India: highways, railways, power and government infrastructure. I work across the whole arc, from discovery with the customer to solution design, pilots, pricing and go-to-market.

For over six years I have turned drone, GIS, computer-vision and AI technology into products that government departments, PSUs and infrastructure agencies adopt, on programmes for NTPC, NHAI, IOCL and the National Mission for Clean Ganga.
I founded SafeArly.ai, an AI road-safety product, and YugmiAI, a digital-twin company, and co-founded Aagento.ai, where I lead AI products that automate Detailed Project Reports, bridge drawings and cost estimates for railways and highways.
I studied Physics and Electronics at the University of Delhi, was a Quantum Computing Project Fellow at IIT Delhi, and went through IIT Bombay's IDEAS entrepreneurship programme.

Aagento.ai · Co-founder, Head of AI Products
Lead the AI product line for railways and highways: automated Detailed Project Reports, DPR validation, bridge GAD and estimate generation, structural drawings. Built a ₹20 crore pipeline, reached product-market fit in about five months and closed about ₹1 crore in early revenue within six, ahead of full build-out. Own go-to-market, pricing and investor pitches.

Digital twins for infrastructure inspection and progress monitoring, sold to government and enterprise owners. About ₹50 lakh in revenue before merging into Aagento.ai.

Technical lead in presales and delivery for drone and AI programmes with NTPC, NHAI, IOCL and NMCG. Led computer-vision work on drone imagery: object and change detection, volumetrics and surveillance analytics.

Automated DPR platform
Assembles Detailed Project Reports for railways and highways from survey, alignment, design and cost inputs, in authority formats (MoRTH, IRC, railway norms). Months of manual work become a largely automated workflow.
DPR validation
An AI and rule-based engine that checks submitted DPRs for code compliance, drawing–quantity–estimate consistency, rate deviations and missing sections, for government scrutiny cells.
Bridge GADs in minutes
General Arrangement Drawings, quantities, BOQ and cost estimates generated from design parameters. Drafting and estimation turnaround cut from days to minutes in pilots.
NHAI drone monitoring
Contributed to the bid and solution design for NHAI's Drone Analytics & Monitoring System: chainage-wise progress analytics and dashboards for highway projects.
NTPC, IOCL and NMCG
Drone surveys and AI analytics for power-plant assets, an AI surveillance architecture for oil and gas installations, and drone mapping of the Ganga under Namami Gange.
Digital twins
Twins built from drone, 360° and site data to compare planned and actual progress and log inspection findings for infrastructure owners.
